TIPS BEFORE YOU START YOUR RENTAL SEARCH:
If you are interested in a property located in a community, there will be an application process with the association's property management. Sometimes this process can take up to 3 weeks for an approval. In most cases an orientation will be held by the management office or before the association board. This meeting will be done prior to you taking occupancy of the property.
I recommend you start your rental search at least one month in advance in order to process all applications and interviews.
